The script Information Bar is a Quote Display script (display random qutoes on your website).
Uses Javascript, CSS and PHP.
Not the cleanest coding but it works fine wor IE6 and Firefox.
Possibilities to hide the Information bar for a limited amount of time through cookies.
The Config settigns you can change:
-Link
-Background color
-Text
-Font Type
-Time to hide the bar
This way you can change the settings from page-to-page.
Script includes the three Internet Explorer Warning images
